Mango Salsa (for chicken)

120g chopped spinach
1 finely chopped red onion
1 medium mango finely chopped
1 avocado finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce

Bake some chicken in the oven and spread the mango salsa on top. Serve with either a salad or on a bed of cous cous.
