Basil Tzatziki

500g greek yoghurt
1 cucumber, halved, deseeded and coarsely grated (leave the skin on)
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed into a paste with 1 ts salt and 1 ts dried mint
2 x 25g packs of fresh basil, leaves only, shredded
juice 1 lemon

Mix all ingrediants and season to taste.
